Out of shipping area and Supplements

I am from Portugal, and it seems that you do not ship to my country.
Is there any way to get the AM and PM supplements?
Regarding supplements, I have to take Vitamin D3 to reduce my deficient level of this vitamin.
To absorb it correctly, I need to eat some food high in fat, but when I consume 1/4 teaspoon of hemp or flax seed oil, my eczema tends to react during the night.
What is the minimum amount needed to absorb it properly?
