Vitamin D3 and Top Supplements latest report
Hi all! If you haven't had a chance to read the latest two reports from Karen " Top six supplements for eczema" and the previous report was itchy six worst supplements for eczema" , fantastic reads!!🥰
Currently, am/pm skin friend contains most of the top supplements for eczema, Karen mentioned in the report " getting at least 10 minutes of sunlight exposure each day. Promotes vitamin D production in your skin" but has anyone heard any refinements to the recommendation? Is it vitamin D3 or D? Both are different,I would assume it would be D3 because it's the natural form produced by our bodies.
And lastly is there any optional am/pm version coming down the pike with Vitamin D(3)? In the skin friend?
