Skin and food reactions
It has been almost a year since my skin went nuts. Have had eczema for decades with no problems. Currently stopped eating poultry because I think the corn and soy that they are fed might be my problem, due to being allergic to both ingredients. Don’t eat dairy, eggs, gluten, nut, legumes due to allergies and intolerances. Have sensitivity to amines, oxalates and salicylates.
What should I eat to stay healthy and satiated? Also, what body care should I use because I am currently using Derma E Eczema Relief Cream, refined Shea butter and refined jojoba oi.
Hard to lose weight when you don’t know what to eat to be healthy.
