Easy lunch recommendations & salmon skin
Hi there,
I have just started on the eczema diet. Unfortunately, I don't have much time in the morning to cook my lunch before work, so the meat is fresh. Just wondering if anyone has any easy lunch recommendations that do not take much time to prepare in the morning?
Also, is it ok to eat salmon skin? Before the eczema diet, I was buying 'Tassal Atlantic Salmon Skin On' from Woolworths. Would this be ok to continue eating?
