Lymph Massage

I love books. In fact, I learned about you by walking up to a copy of the Eczema Detox book on display in my library in California. Books sometimes appear just when you need them!

On another occasion I walked up to another book, "The Book of Lymph," just when I needed to refresh my routine of self massage. What I found interesting was that eczema and lymph drainage were touched on. And so I would like to offer up this topic for comment.

Great question Joleen. I love books too and I am a big fan of self massage as a way to relax the nervous system. Self massage and lymph massage are good for immune health and that incudes eczema...

It's important to massage tense areas of the body, and if you can do that by yourself you don't need to rely on anyone or pay for a massage

Note: ideally do not directly massage the eczema, just the clear skin areas. But if your eczema is located in a tense area, you could cover it with soft bamboo clothing while it is briefly and gently massaged.

So lovely to hear my book was in a library in California. I love finding books in libraries, as it's a great way to check them out.
