Can I use wet dressings with an ointment?
I've been using Epaderm Ointment with wet dressings for a couple of days and have had no problems with it. I read one of the articles about itch busters and saw that oils and water don't mix. However, the Epaderm ointment I have been using has an emulsifying wax as an ingredient which should help mix oil and water.
I'm a bit confused as to what to do and if my skin will weaken if I continue. I'm not an expert on this, so can someone please help me

When employing wet wipes, we suggest utilizing a product such as 24-Hour Rescue balm, which contains higher amounts of oil and shea butter and lower water content. This can help fortify your skin barrier.
