Hi Rowenna, thanks for your post. Personally I haven’t tried soap nuts however from what I’ve read up on them from the eczema association they sound like a good choice for people with eczema. Of course everyone is different so we recommend testing them on just one piece of clothing. I am also interested to see if anyone else has tried them and their results.
