Fish and amines question

Cooking a piece of haddock, then leaving it overnight in the fridge to be eaten cold the next day, will lots of amines develop? Or, will it be better to leave the fish uncooked overnight, and cooking on the day of eating? Basically, is fish best left cooked or uncooked re amines?
