Dairy-free margarine
Hi I would really like to try and bake pastries whilst on FID. Have found a margarine that I was wondering if it would be safe to use - its pure sunflower spread and the ingredients are as follows:
Vegetable Oils (Sunflower (23%), Rapeseed, Palm), Water, Salt (0.75%), Natural Flavouring, Vitamin E, Vitamin A & D, Natural Colour (Carotenes), Vitamin B12
Are rapeseed and Palm oil ok in FID? Any tips re how I could make FID-friendly pastry?
