White Rice vs White Rice?
During my sons early days of FID and dealing with his intense eczema flare-ups. We decided to try Mahatma brand rice and since that was the only thing he ate he got a massive flare upand got patchy red patches throughout his arms and face. Here where we live it is very difficult to find rice that is not enriched with vitamins. The brand of Mahatma rice that we bought was enriched with vitamins and thought maybe that's what triggered his eczema flare up to get worse, we felt so bad because we told him it was safe to eat as it was in the shopping guide then and turned out the opposite. Those were the early discovery days for us parents. A friend told us about Nishiki white premium Rice and she said it was not enriched ,so we tried it and VOILA! it was a success! It's more expensive that regular rice,it's used in sushi bars.
So my question is this to the SF team, is Calrose White Rice ok to use? I ask because with prices going up globally and only to keep going up in the future I came across this bulk bag of white rice at Costco it's not enriched ,it's only polished milled rice as the ingredients. The price was super reasonable for a 50lb bag. Whereas the Nishiki white rice is about $17-20 per 5 lb bag!!
Your thoughts are appreciated.

Excellent Bonnie! Thank you!!
