Histamine reaction
Any way to speed up the process of reacing to histamine? This js just the worst flare I have had in awhile and wish to get back to the healthier skin I had before testing this. Just ordered the AM/PM vitamins.

Thank you for the reply. I am eating gluten/sugar free FID for now. Was doing so before and noticed great results. After this histamine test, I am thankfully done testing for now and I will be eating the gluten/sugar free FID for awhile. I haven't had clear skin since my steroid use, so I am excited to be sure of my sensitivities and to eat non-reactive foods.
