Eczema Diet and Detox support

So I the recipe you have in recipes there is a note "Note: If you cannot find maple sugar, use organic sugar (ideally only use sugar for special occasions such as Anzac Day and birthdays)."... What are s considered an acceptable organic sugar? Organic cane sugar? Organic Brown Sugar? I was going to buy but came across the options 🙄
